2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are financial transactions between the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 3 to 5, thereby false complaint has been given by the unofficial respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on the other hand submits that on receipt of the complaint from the respondent Nos. 3 to 5, an enquiry was conducted in current paper bearing C.No.930/SP/GDP/PDK/23 dated 23.03.2023 and C.No. 238/DSP/DCB/PDK/23 dated 23.03.2023 and subsequently, the said petition was closed on 13.06.2023.

4.Since the complaint has already been closed by the respondent police, this Petition stands also closed.
