The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant gun license within a time frame fixed by this Court based on the petitioner's application dated 04.05.2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner's Application is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Application, dated 04.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
