ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of any enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R No.575 of 2021 and the same was closed on 17.09.202 by observing that it is purely civil dispute.
