(MD) No. 1504 of 2019 dated 22/02/2019 in Crl. M.P. (MD) No. 10041 of 2018 in Crl. O.P. No. 19723 of 2018 dated 07/12/2018 and to pass such further or other orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.19723 of 2018.

CRL MP(MD). No.7017 of 2019 court in CRL OP(MD) No.19723 of 2018 on 01/11/2018 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19723 of 2018 on 01/11/2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
