This petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Trichy, to take the final report on file, filed by the respondent police in Crime No.48 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police has filed a final report in Crime No.48 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Trichy, but the same was not taken on file. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. Recording the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Trichy, is directed to take the case on file, if it is in order, as expeditiously as possible.
