ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the error said to have crept in during UDR. He had moved the competent authority namely District Revenue Officer,

The learned Government Advocate informs that Court that next enquiry date is 18.08.2022. the first respondent shall conclude the enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
