ORDER
The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the appeal, challenging the order dated 21.07.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.398 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Subordinate Court, Madurai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned with a condition to the petitioner to deposit Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
