ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and after dispensing with the notice on the private respondents/respondents to 12, who appear to be Muthavali/Secretary/Administrative Members of the Jamia Pallivasal, situated at Puthuayakudi, Palani, Dindigul District.
2. The petitioner is before this Court for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to initiate necessary necessary inquiry under Section 70 of Wakf Act, 1995 for the alleged Mismanagement and Misappropriation of funds of Jamia Pallivasal, situated at Puthuayakudi, Palani, Dindigul District, by the respondents no.2 to 12 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2025.
3. The petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2025 is directed to be considered by the first respondent and disposed of on merits, after hearing the private respondents/respondents 2 to 12.

4. This exercise shall be completed preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the private respondents.
5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of, with the above observations. No costs.
