This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the impugned order of cancellation of anchor permission passed in Na.Ka.No.1385/A/16 dated 24.01.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioners to carry on their fishing activities as per the license given to them by the 3rd respondent within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

JUDGMENT
