The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to take up the petitioner's revision application dated 04.10.2013 and dispose the same within a stipulated period and consequently direct the respondent to give opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner at the time of revision enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the revision application of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to
consider and dispose of the revision application of the petitioner, dated 04.10.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
