The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to take action based on petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2017.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
