Since no action has been taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this Writ Petition.

Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
