Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is an accused in C.No.153/264/ALGSC/RM 2018 and investigation is pending before the second respondent police.

4.Under such circumstances, once the complaint has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfere with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. 5.Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
