ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to cancel the approval given to the fifth respondent School by considering the petitioner's representations dated 16.04.2018 and 24.09.2018. 2.It appears from the averments and the documents filed in support of this writ petition that the writ petitioner has some private grievance against the management of the school. Therefore, he has come up with the present writ petition raising some allegations against the functioning of the school. 3.This Court is unable to see how at the instance of a disgruntled staff, namely, the petitioner herein the Court can interfere with the functioning of the school. Obviously, the petitioner has a personal axe to grind as against the management of the school. In order to settle his private score with the management, the petitioner cannot invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
4.This Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has no locus standi to question the functioning of the school, in whatever capacity he may be associated with the school. Therefore, the writ petition lacks bonafide.
