ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 3 and 4, their subordinate police officials from entering into the club frequently or interfering or disturbing in the peaceful and smooth daily routine functioning of the Evergreen Recreation Club, by considering the representation of petitioner dated 28.08.2021 and his prior representation, dated 12.04.2021.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police neither interfered nor disturbed the peaceful and smooth daily routine functioning of the Evergreen Recreation Club and the respondent police advised them to fix CC TV camera.
3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
