ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions No.1, 2 and 5 imposed in Crl M.P No. 2991 of 2022 dt. 18.07.2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in Crime No. 106 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli has imposed conditions in Crl M.P No. 2991 of 2022, dated 18.07.2022 that the petitioners shall not leave the town without prior permission of the Court, but, the reason for imposing the said condition has not been stated.

4. The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are residing at Madurai and hence, it is very difficult for them to appear before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks modification with regard to the above said condition. 5.The petitioners may move the concerned Court by setting out the facts and circumstances. Depending upon the outcome of the move, the petitioners may take further action.

6.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
