ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 50 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent police and to file charge sheet. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's jewels were stolen by some unknown persons. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 50 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two 2/4
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
