Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct survey to the petitioner's property in Survey No.210/1 of Thuraiyur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District within the time stipulated by this Court and further direct the 3rd respondent to give adequate protection for execution of survey and boundary stone laying by the 2nd respondent.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct survey to the petitioner's property in Survey No.210/1 of Thuraiyur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District within the time stipulated by this Court and further direct the 3rd respondent to give adequate protection for execution of survey and boundary stone laying by the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
