ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.9 of 2021, dated 09.03.2021.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No.9 of 2021. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No.09 of 2021 had been registered for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. After investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, on 03.07.2022 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 2/4
