To relax the condition imposed in Point 7 Clause (II) by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 16566 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.1188 of 2025, dated 27.03.2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16566 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.1188 of 2025, dated 27.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 66 days and he has not complied for 15 days. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Since the petitioner has complied with the condition for a substantial period, the condition imposed on him is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. It is made clear that the other conditions that, he shall stay at Coimbatore; shall not visit the occurrence village; and shall not disturb the victim child in future remains unaltered.
