Mr.S.Satheshkumar, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

2. By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner filed this Writ petition, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 107 and 145 of Cr.P.C. against the respondents 2 and 3 and their henchmen. To that effect, he has already made representation on 17.11.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1th Respondent, to consider the above said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and the rival claimants if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
