Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.07.2016 and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to Survey in the petitioner's punchai land vide in Survey No. 148/2 an extent of Hec. 0.79.00(1 Acre 95 Cents), Survey No.148/3 and extent of Hec. 0.97.50(2 Acre 36 Cents) and Survey No. 145/10 an extent of 57 Cents which is situated in Nelkattumseval Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District with time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that already the Tashildar has measured the abovesaid property on 20.09.2016 and 21.09.2016.
