Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 24.04.2019 in Writ Petition (MD).No.3226 of 2019 Prayer in WP(MD). 3226 of 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and the 4th respondents herein to approve forthwith the appointment of Thiru. S. Sekar as Junior Assistant in the petitioners school w.e.f the date of his appointment i.e. 26.11.2007 and to disburse all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
