ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondent to consider the his representation dated 02.02.2016 for granting patta in survey number 777/1 situated in Kadamalaikundu village, Aundipatty Taluk, Theni District.

2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he is said to have sent a representation to the respondent on 02.02.2016 for granting patta in survey number 777/1 situated in Kadamalaikundu village, Aundipatty Taluk, Theni District. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the

documents carefully.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending with the respondent from 02.02.2016, the respondent/Tahsildar is directed to conduct enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.02.2016 and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
