O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the investigation in Crime No.909 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Srivilliputhur, against Saravanan and others.

2. In the light of the above, a direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted, especially, in a case of this nature, where the dispute essentially appears to be a matrimonial dispute.

3. Under such circumstances, the Writ Petition stands closed

with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs.
