PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent for not to harass the petitioner in Crime No6.552 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(2), 3(1) (r), 3(1) (s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Women Harassment Act 2002.
