ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 417, 471 and 506 (i) of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the complaint is originally given before the Anti Land Grabbing Cell. The said Cell since forwarded the de-facto complainant's petition to the District Superintendent of Police, the respondent is yet to receive the complaint. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three days. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioner, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner.
