PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent.

For Petitioner : Mr.N.Mohan For R1 to R5 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.6.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there are disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.6, as the petitioner has received Rs.8,00,000/- by promising to sell the property. It is submitted that out of Rs.8,00,000/-, the petitioner has returned Rs.3,00,000/- and still a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- is due.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 police have made an enquiry in respect of the complaint given by the respondent No.6 and having found that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.6 is purely civil in nature, the complaint given by the respondent No.6 is closed and in respect of the said complaint, subsequently the petitioner was never asked to appear before the police.

4.By recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is closed.
