O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 21097 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.71 of 2025 on 04.07.2025. Since final report is filed before the concerned Court, let the petitioner pursue his remedy as per law. 3.In view of the above said submissions and directions, this contempt petition stands closed.
