ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.290 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in C.C.No.86 of 2024 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathi, Pudukkottai, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 05.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No mkn 2/4
