O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to give priority to the petitioner in the recruitment process in pursuant to the advertisement published in Daily Thanthi News Paper dated 08.10.2016 by considering her representation dated 18.05.2017 within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
