O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for transfer of investigation in C.S.R.No.565 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has given a complaint in respect of fake photograph posted in Facebook and inspite of complaint given by him, no action has been taken, thereby, sought for transfer of investigation. The learned counsel further submitted that the said photograph was uploaded from a mobile phone and the details of which have already been given.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submits that after receipt of the complaint, the photograph posted in Facebook was removed and the details of the Facebook ID are awaited from the petitioner.

4. Considering the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to furnish the details required by the Police, on which, the respondents Police are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
