ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 05.08.2016 and consequently to survey her land by fixing the boundary and to issue individual patta to the petitioner.
2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.According to the petitioner, she filed an application before the respondents on 05.08.2016 to survey her land and demarcate the boundaries and she has also paid necessary fees for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the same. Sofar, no action has been taken by the second respondent.
4.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.
5.Since the petitioner filed necessary application, dated 05.08.2016 along with necessary fee and that is pending, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in Survey No.695/1 situated in Sirumalai Pudur Revenue Village, Checkupuli Kadu, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District along with the help of surveyor and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
