ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to pass orders on the petition pending in Na.Ka.No.A2/9908/2014/B2 dated 15.11.2014.

2.Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an application for grant of patta before the third respondent. He would further contend that even though the third respondent has conducted enquiry, no order has been pased. Hence, the petitioner has filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this writ petition.

4.In the above circumstances, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
