This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.509 of 2022 registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet. It is referred as mistake of fact.

3. Since the purpose for which this petition is filed has already been fulfilled on account of filing of final report, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
