... Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 6:-

1) To implement the said G.O of TamilNadu.1) G.O.Ms.No.73 (Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated On 11-06-2018 & 2) Union of India's D.O.No. G-13013/1/2006-PG (personnel Public Grievances & Department of Administrative Reforms & public Grievances, dated 02-08-2006) and as prescribed above;

2) In order to implement the above G.O & D.Os, a High Level Committee to be constituted under the head of one of the one of the retired Honourable Judge Of High Court, chief secretary and by other people recommended by them to have superintendence, control and power to implement the decisions of the said committee for the benefit of common people.

3) To set up such committee in districts called District level committees having same functions under the head of Present Principal District Judges, District collectors and other people from all walks of Government departments to be brought under the control of such district level committee by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) With reference to the grievances of the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition policy under went change and a fresh Government Order has been issued in G.O.(Ms).No.25 Human Resources Department dated 04.06.2025.
