Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant change the path way of Electricity Connection (HD Line) to the petitioner's property situate in Old No.10/New No.13E, Kalanivasal, Puthu road Keelpakkam, Karaikudi, Sivagangai on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2017 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant change the path way of Electricity Connection (HD Line) to the petitioner's property situate in Old No.10/New No.13E, Kalanivasal, Puthu road Keelpakkam, Karaikudi, Sivagangai on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2017 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.02.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
