ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 29.04.2026 in CSR No.605/2026 of the 2nd respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to issue Non traceable certificate for petitioner's missing sale deed Document in Doc.No.1819/2015 dated 31.08.2015 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's Original sale deed in Document No. 1819 of 2015 dated 31.08.2015 was misplaced and lost, for which the petitioner had given a complaint on 14.10.2024. Considering the same, the impugned order came to be passed. Hence, challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Director General of Police had already issued Circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 in this regard with respect to issuance of NOC, where the applicants have to produce certain documents. On such production of the documents, the respondent police will take necessary steps.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. The petitioner has given a complaint for issuance of NOC on 20.05.2026. The petitioner is further directed to produce all the necessary 2/10

documents as required by the respondent police in terms of the Circular Memorandum, which is extracted below:

6. On production of the above said documents as required in the Circular Memorandum extracted supra, the 2nd respondent police is directed to take necessary steps for issuance of NOC to the petitioner with respect to the Original sale deed in Document No. 1819 of 2015 dated 31.08.2015.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm 8/10
