ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The writ petitioner's father Annamalaichettiyaar passed away on 19.08.1995. It was also duly registered on 21.08.1995. The death certificate was also issued. But the petitioner's grandfather's name was wrongly mentioned in the petitioner's father's death certificate as well as the legal heir certificate. The mistake in the death certificate was corrected pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 28.02.2023 in W.P(MD)No.4117 of 2023. The petitioner seeks similar correction in his father's legal certificate also. The petitioner has given a representation on 29.05.2023.

3. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
