The petitioners seek for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Inspector of Labour, Dindigul to dispose of the petitioners' application in g.ep.rl;lk;.tof;F vz;.3/2015 pending on his file within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the petitioners' application is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' application, dated 29.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
