CPC in A.S.No.15 of 2018, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thoothukudi, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Thoothukudi, to earlier disposal of Appeal suit filed under Order 41 Rule 1 CPC in A.S.No.15 of 2018.
2. The first respondent herein filed an appeal suit in A.S.No.15 of 2018 before the Subordinate Court, Thoothukudi, against the petitioner, respondent Nos.2 to 11 and two others.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the Subordinate Court to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.15 of 2018 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that 2/4
without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the Subordinate Court, Thoothukudi to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No. 15 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
