PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to issue a direction, directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry based the representation dated 02.06.2026. For Petitioner : M/s.G.Sujeeth For Respondents : M/s.B.Arun Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) for R1 and R2 Mr.R.Rajeshkumar for R3 1/4

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the learned Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on an application made by the third respondent for survey, the Tashildar has issued notice to the petitioner and the third respondent. Only the Tashildar, Tisayanvilai has sought for police protection. No criminal case is pending as against the petitioner and he would not be called for any enquiry.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court, if he wants to challenge the notice issued by the Tashildar. 05.06.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
