ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to directing the second respondent to issue separate patta in the petitioner's name pertaining to the property situated at Sivaganga District, Karaikudi Taluk, Managiri Sukkanendal Group in S.F.No.105/2, measuring 2.50.0 hectares in the light of his representation dated 06.08.2014 as well as order made in W.P(MD)No.18170 of 2014 on the file of this Court dated 12.11.2014 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

order has been passed, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.18170 of 2014 and this Court, by an order dated 12.11.2014 directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2014 and pass orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since no order has been passed by the respondents, he made another representation dated 26.09.2015, to the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent will pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

5.Recording the said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
