ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Sections 323 & 353 IPC in Crime No.76 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record. 4.It is seen that the petitioners are having 19 previous cases. Hence, the petitioners are not entitled for anticipatory bail and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
