(Order of the court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN,J.) The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2015 and 20.10.2015 to disconnect the electricity service connect No.567 situated in the Government Poromboke in Survey No.574/21 situated at Muvaraampalayam, Melur, Thirupangili Post, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representations dated 10.07.2015 and 20.10.2015 are disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations dated 10.07.2015 and 20.10.2015 after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
