ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 1st respondent to take necessary steps to pay her claim of maturity amount with interest for her fixed deposits CFDR No.222 dated 16.07.1996 CFDR No.223 dated 16.07.1996 from the 2nd respondent's assets by considering her representation dated 12.09.2016 with the period stipulated by this court.

2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the typed set of papers, this Court is of the view that admittedly, the Company is winding up and the property is being administered by the Official Liquidator. In the above circumstances, the respondent cannot do anything in the matter. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
