Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein, particularly the second respondent herein to forthwith provide an access for the needy public to avail the free medical first aid and the benefit of "Infant Feeding Centre" free of cost in the petitioner's hospital by a small opening through the compound wall of Thucklay Bus Terminus with conditions if any under the control of the second respondent.
