RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.5998/2022 dated 09.02.2023 as para 8(b) the second and third petitioner shall report the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SILAMBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.5998 pf 2022 dated 09.02.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are senior citizen and they are unable to comply the said condition imposed by this Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.9576 of 2023 3.Considering the above facts, the petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered.
