Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relating to the approved seniority lists of coaches of first respondent in Proc.No.8100/AO-1/2014 dated 01.08.2014 and in Proc.No.16876/AO-1/2015 dated 10.12.2015 and the impugned order of the first respondent passed in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.12669/epmg-1/2015 dated 20.06.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to promote the petitioner as District Sports Officer by reckoning the seniority of the petitioner from the date of appointment 15.05.2012 as per Service Rule 24(ii) of Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu and placing the petitioner's name as Serial No.19-A, from Serial No.34 by revising the seniority among the list of coaches in the approved list of the first respondent dated 10.12.2015 in Proc.No.16876/AO-1/2015 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
