Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew the employment registration of the petitioner's daughter by named Charumathi vide registration number MDD2011F00128788 effected on 20.06.2011, based on the petitioner's representations dated 24.05.2016, 05.12.2016 and 05.05.2017 made to the respondent.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew the employment registration of the petitioner's daughter by named Charumathi vide registration number MDD2011F00128788 effected on 20.06.2011, based on the petitioner's representations dated 24.05.2016, 05.12.2016 and 05.05.2017 made to the respondent.

2.Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
